Privacy Policy

When you run the CLI and upload a benchmark report, we collect:

• Your Solana public key (wallet address)
• Resource name and type as entered by you
• Hardware specifications detected by the CLI (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS)
• Benchmark scores calculated from those checks
• Network latency measured to our API
• CLI version and report timestamp

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or any information beyond what is included in the benchmark report.

• Private keys or seed phrases — never, under any circumstance
• Personal names or email addresses
• IP addresses (beyond standard server logs, which are not stored long-term)
• Browser cookies or tracking identifiers
• Payment information

Benchmark report data is used solely to generate and display your public verification page, compute your score and grade, and power the leaderboard.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Benchmark reports are public by design. Your wallet address, resource name, hardware specs, and score are displayed on your public verification page and on the leaderboard. Do not submit information you wish to keep private.

Reports are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. The database is located in the EU West region. We retain reports indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Caching is handled via Upstash Redis. Cached data expires automatically within 5 minutes.

IdleBench uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
• Neon — PostgreSQL database
• Upstash — Redis caching

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not control their data practices.

To request deletion of your benchmark data, contact us via @idlebench on X with your wallet address. We will remove your provider record and all associated reports within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
